anyone out there have any info/experience with a good trouble ticket/help desk-type module that will run on dnn 5.1 and sql 2000? i was looking at a few - we liked oldturtle's but they only support sql 2005 and unfortunately i cannot change that.
thanks!

for anyone interested, i did some research on ecommerce and came up with a few "nicer" modules but i ended up writing my own. i'm currently working on as none really "fit" our need. it's more of an "ordering system" with approvals, etc.. than a store even though it looks like a store...

Do you have to have this run inside DNN? I know a few nice stand-alone ones ...

do you mean desktop when you say stand-alone? or can it be part of an asp.net project (online)?

Mary - I was not thinking of a DNN module. Instead, I was wondering about stand-alone web-apps such as http://www.zendesk.com, etc.

thanks for the info - i ended up writing a very simple trouble ticket/csr module. there were a few modules that would have worked but the client has a sql 2000 database and that limited us. so anyone listening, the oldTurtle seemed very nice from our research but it worked for sql 2005.
