Ken Tarwood arranged for the December meeting (and any meetings going forward I assume) to be held at his workplace at LATICRETE International, Inc. in Bethany. Thanks Ken!

I also received confirmation that the CTDOTNET user group has moved their meetings to the 2nd Tuesday of the month, which is usually when we meet. So in order to avoid conflicts I would like some input from the group as to what day of the month we should change to.

Please chime in!

I do like Tuesday, so I suggest the 3rd or 4th Tuesday of the month.

As a backup, Thursday or Monday could also work.

Not a problem. I only talked to our owner about December and January but I don't think he'd take issue with us meeting here going forward - I would have to confirm though.

Depending on how many attendees we're expecting we can probably easily get into a conference room in the manufacturing building (easier for our operations guys to lock it up and that building runs several shifts so it's open anyways).

If we're expecting more than about 8 or 9 people I'll need to know ahead of time and can arrange to put us in our training room in the new building.

Any day of the month works for me at the moment (third Tuesday maybe?).

Not being undecisive by in reality any day works for me I just need to plan.

You won't be able to compete with the DOTNET group. So if you want to build the DNN group, you'll probably need to move it to another day or Nth Tuesday of the month. It's highly unlikley that that group will move its day to accompdate the DNN group.

In addition, you might want to consider a day other than Tuesdays as it seems Tuesdays are used most often for meetings of all types of organizations. I suggest avoiding Mondays and Fridays. I don't think the day is as much a concern as would be consistency so persons can plan.

As agreed upon at tonight's meeting, going forward we'll meet the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6 pm in Bethany. This is a change of day, week, time and place. I will post detailed directions to the new location on the venue page shortly.

Therefore, the last meeting of the year will be on Dec 17. Stay tuned for speaker & topic!
